This comprehensive safety report leverages survey data to highlight how implementing ALTO’s retail safety solution effectively enhances employee safety perception.

From May to June 2024, ALTO conducted a comprehensive survey of 2,400+ retail store employees at ALTO Alliance locations across 40+ metropolitan areas in 28 states. The survey aimed to assess in-store employees’ perceptions of safety after 90 days of ALTO’s support and action plans.

The primary objective was to understand how ALTO’s support influenced the safety perceptions of retail in-store teams. The findings provide invaluable insights into the effectiveness of ALTO’s safety solutions and their impact on creating a safer retail environment.
