ALTO is thrilled to announce the addition of industry veteran Michelle Michael as Senior Director of Business Development & Sales.

With two decades of expertise in industry sales and a significant background in retail loss prevention, including pivotal roles at JCPenney and Kmart, Michelle brings extensive knowledge and an impressive track record to her new role. At ALTO, her primary focus will be on expanding our retail partnerships through leveraging of her vast experience in the loss prevention industry.

“Michelle’s distinct blend of skills in sales and loss prevention constitutes an invaluable addition to our team,” says Rhett Asher, ALTO’s SVP of Partnership Development. “We are very excited to have her on board as we continue to create safer retail environments nationwide.”

Michael adds, “I am excited to join ALTO in its effort to make a real difference in our industry, especially with the many challenges stores are facing today. I love the mission and what ALTO stands for.”

ALTO’s strategy for retail safety and loss prevention is multifaceted, tackling the wide-ranging challenges confronted by the retail industry. Through strategic partnerships between retailers, law enforcement, prosecutors and key community organizations, ALTO is holding recidivists and violent offenders accountable for their actions in disrupting the retail landscape within our communities.

“We remain committed to revolutionizing retail safety, one store at a time,” says Asher. “With Michelle joining our team, we look forward to further enhancing our footprint, building a stronger alliance and really helping to make our stores and communities safer.”
